Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour or coconut flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix until well combined and form a dough.
  4. Shape the dough into a flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  1. For richer flavor, use full fat cottage cheese. If using coconut flour, add a touch more cottage cheese if the dough feels dry.
