3-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries (frozen (thawed), or fresh)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 140 to 170 degrees F. Line a sheet-pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture onto the lined sheet-pan and spread out to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.
  4. Place in the oven for 4 to 6 hours, until the middle is no longer tacky.
  5. Cool completely, then remove from the sheet-pan. Trim off edges and cut into 1-inch wide strips.

Notes

  1. Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to two weeks. Use parchment separators if stacking.
