Ingredients
1 cup protein powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the protein powder, almond butter, and maple syrup until combined.
Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter. These cookies can be frozen for later enjoyment.
