- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the protein powder, almond butter, and maple syrup until combined.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter. These cookies can be frozen for later enjoyment.
