A cheesy and creamy casserole made with rotisserie chicken and Rice A Roni, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 box chicken flavored Rice A Roni, cooked
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Rice A Roni, chicken, soup, sour cream, and half the cheese in a bowl.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time and frozen. Best served warm and bubbly.
