Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
