- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Slice the pickles into chips or spears.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of cornmeal, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the breaded pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
