Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp orange zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce or gluten-free alternative
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In
a bowl, mix together the orange juice, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add
the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat
the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place
the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook
for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
Serve
with cooked rice and spoon any leftover sauce over the chicken.
Notes
Ensure to preheat the air fryer to get the best crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking.
