- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or gluten-free alternative
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
- Serve with cooked rice and spoon any leftover sauce over the chicken.
