Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup diced onions
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup beef broth
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp garlic powder

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onions until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Add mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, pepper, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet; stir until well combined and let simmer for a minute.
Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread mashed potatoes on top.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese generously.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
