4 Salmon fillets, skin on or off
1 tub Boursin cheese, plain or garlic and herb
Olive oil, a drizzle or two
Salt, to taste
Pepper, freshly ground
Vegetables for roasting (e.g., asparagus or broccoli) or cooked rice for serving
Optional lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
Preheat
your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place
the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle
with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Spread
a generous amount of Boursin cheese on top of each fillet.
Bake
in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
