Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup queso dip
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Top each chicken breast with queso dip and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve hot.
Notes
Using a meat thermometer, pull the chicken at 165°F to ensure it’s perfectly cooked. Allow it to rest for five minutes for juiciness.
