Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions so it is ready and warm when needed. Fluff it with a fork and keep it covered.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set it aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Let it get hot but not smoking.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon and cook until browned.
Once the turkey is cooked through, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and let the flavors meld for a minute.
Add the chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet, cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in half of the Bang Bang sauce, ensuring everything is well coated.
To serve, place a mound of cooked jasmine rice into individual bowls and top with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over each bowl. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For a different texture, consider topping with chopped peanuts or crispy wonton strips.
