Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
Stir in sliced cabbage, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
Serve warm.
