Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

  1. Press the beef into a thin layer in the pan for quick browning and better texture.
