Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Press the beef into a thin layer in the pan for quick browning and better texture.
