Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
