Description
A quick and delicious beef burrito filled with seasoned beef, cheese, fresh veggies, and a dollop of sour cream, all wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: jalapeños, guacamole
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Lay each tortilla flat and layer with cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
- Serve immediately with a side of crispy fries.
Notes
Be sure to drain excess fat from the cooked beef to prevent soggy tortillas. For crunch, add lettuce just before rolling.
