Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb chorizo
1/2 cup rice
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
2 zucchinis, sliced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chorizo, rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
In a pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the meatballs and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, carrots, and zucchinis to the pot. Simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
