Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and slightly chunky from the pickles. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add ground beef, break it up, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if desired.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a line of the special sauce down the middle. Add beef, cheese, and lettuce. Include dill pickle slices if desired.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom. Serve warm. For extra melty cheese, sear wraps seam-side down in a skillet for a minute on each side.
