Description

A quick and delicious take on the classic Big Mac, these wraps combine crunchy lettuce, melty cheese, and a special sauce for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and slightly chunky from the pickles. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add ground beef, break it up, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if desired.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a line of the special sauce down the middle. Add beef, cheese, and lettuce. Include dill pickle slices if desired.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom. Serve warm. For extra melty cheese, sear wraps seam-side down in a skillet for a minute on each side.
