2 cups fresh blueberries
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, blueberries, and peach slices. Toss gently so nothing gets bruised.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts or pecans on top.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
