Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, blueberries, and peach slices. Toss gently so nothing gets bruised.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts or pecans on top.
