Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (15 oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, Italian sausage)
  • Optional extras (sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms)
  • Olive oil or nonstick spray for greasing the pan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Open the cans of biscuits and cut them into quarters.
  3. Evenly place the dough into the bottom of the prepared dish in a single layer.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is browned.
  6. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  1. For best flavor, shred your own mozzarella. Feel free to use pre-cooked meats to save time.
