2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (15 oz) jar pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Pizza toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, Italian sausage)
Optional extras (sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms)
Olive oil or nonstick spray for greasing the pan
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Open the cans of biscuits and cut them into quarters.
Evenly place the dough into the bottom of the prepared dish in a single layer.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is browned.
Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, shred your own mozzarella. Feel free to use pre-cooked meats to save time.
