- 1 (15 oz) jar pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Olive oil or nonstick spray for greasing the pan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Open the cans of biscuits and cut them into quarters.
- Evenly place the dough into the bottom of the prepared dish in a single layer.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is browned.
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, shred your own mozzarella. Feel free to use pre-cooked meats to save time.
