Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Yogurt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the garam masala and turmeric, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the cauliflower florets and stir to coat in the spice mixture.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve over cooked rice, topped with a dollop of yogurt.
