1 pound ground chicken
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well to coat everything.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for a few minutes until heated through, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve the mixture on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Don't be shy with the Cajun seasoning for a bolder flavor. You can swap ground chicken with ground turkey or lean beef if preferred.
