- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- Pickles (optional)
- Ketchup and mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to melt.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun and adding pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
- Serve immediately with fries or a simple salad.

For juicier patties, press a small dimple in the center before cooking.
