Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the casserole rest so it sets. Drain the beef well for the best texture. Use quality cheese for improved flavor.
