- 1 French baguette or loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
