Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic until combined.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the buttered bread.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  1. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. To make it dairy-free, use plant-based butter and dairy-free cheese.
