- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic until combined.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the buttered bread.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. To make it dairy-free, use plant-based butter and dairy-free cheese.
