Ingredients
1 Loaf bread
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
14-15 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon Piri Piri masala
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, red chili flakes, Piri Piri masala, and Italian seasoning.
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously over each half.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are crispy.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For a crunchy top, broil for the last 1-2 minutes but watch closely.
