- 1 Loaf bread
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 14–15 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Piri Piri masala
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, red chili flakes, Piri Piri masala, and Italian seasoning.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously over each half.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For a crunchy top, broil for the last 1-2 minutes but watch closely.
