  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each half.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
