- 1 loaf of French or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each half.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
