Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions
Preheat
oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine
ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Transfer
the meat mixture to a greased casserole dish and shape it into a loaf.
Pour
marinara sauce over the meatloaf and top with shredded cheese.
Bake
for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Let
it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
