- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper together.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over each slice of Texas toast.
- Top each slice with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the toast on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
