Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  1. Use cold leftover rice or freshly made rice. Don’t skip preheating the oven for even cooking.
