- 8 oz pasta, penne or rotini
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and pasta.
- Pour ranch dressing over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add shredded cheese and cherry tomatoes. Stir until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Best served warm. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated gently.
