Ingredients

  • Flatbread (size of your choice)
  • Cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated or shaved)
  • Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (freshly cracked)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Drizzle olive oil on the edges if you want a crispier crust.
  3. Layer the cooked chicken, chopped romaine, and parmesan cheese on the flatbread.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top in a zigzag pattern.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven/air fryer, slice, and serve warm.
