2 large tortillas
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions
Start by gathering everything so assembly goes smoothly. Chop the romaine into bite-size pieces, shred cooked chicken if needed, and measure the dressing and Parmesan.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is well coated.
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. If you prefer warmed tortillas, briefly heat them in a dry skillet for 10–20 seconds per side or wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 10–15 seconds.
Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between the tortillas. If desired, sprinkle croutons on top for crunch. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
