Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (grated or shaved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the filling.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Slice in half and serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.

Notes

  1. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours if wrapped tightly. Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes for extra heat.
