A quick and tasty wrap that combines classic Caesar salad flavors in a convenient, portable form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- Parmesan cheese for topping (grated or shaved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the filling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice in half and serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours if wrapped tightly. Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes for extra heat.
