Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir constantly.
- Toss in the sliced zucchini and soy sauce, stir frying for another 3-4 minutes until zucchini is tender but still has a bite.
