Ingredients

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken.
  3. Serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries, or add nuts and granola for crunch.

Notes

  1. If using low-fat yogurt, add an extra tablespoon of maple syrup or splash of milk for creaminess. Storing well in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
