Description

Delicious and addictive Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters that require no baking and are easy to make. A perfect blend of chocolate, yogurt, and strawberries for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until evenly combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls (about 2 tbsp each) of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form approximately 10 clusters.
  3. Freeze the yogurt clusters for 1 to 2 hours until completely solid.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 15-30 second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, using a spoon for even coating, and return them to the lined baking sheet. Add a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
  6. Put the clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden before serving.

Notes

Make sure to fully freeze the yogurt clusters before dipping to prevent the chocolate from melting off. Use a spoon to help coat the clusters evenly.
