1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the buttermilk.
Gradually combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix just until combined — do not overmix.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
While baking, prepare the topping: mix sugar and cinnamon; melt butter separately.
Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar topping.
Let cool completely before slicing and serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Tastes even better the next day!
