Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
- Cooking spray (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick for even crispiness.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar until even and lump-free.
- Toss the banana slices in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray if desired.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
- Let cool before serving to enhance crispiness.
Notes
Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to two days. To revive soggy chips, re-air fry for 1-2 minutes.
