Ingredients
1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
Seasonings of your choice (optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes, ranch powder, salt, pepper)
Parmesan cheese (optional, grated for topping)
Parchment paper (for baking sheet)
Olive oil spray (optional, for extra crisp)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings and mix until evenly seasoned.
Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet for a thin, even layer.
If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, checking the final 5 minutes.
Allow to cool before breaking into chips.
