Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes, ranch powder, salt, pepper)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, grated for topping)
  • Parchment paper (for baking sheet)
  • Olive oil spray (optional, for extra crisp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings and mix until evenly seasoned.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet for a thin, even layer.
  4. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, checking the final 5 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before breaking into chips.
