Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, milk, and olive oil until smooth.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Divide the dough into portions and roll into flat rounds.
Cook each flatbread in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
Serve warm as a wrap or side dish.
