Ingredients
12 ounces linguine
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound chicken breast, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper; sauté for 1 minute.
Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Reserve a splash of the pasta water if the sauce looks too dry. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
