Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, and paprika to the melted butter, stirring well to combine.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to a baking dish.
Pour the cowboy butter sauce over the chicken, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Serve warm, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken.
Notes
For a lighter version, replace butter with olive oil. Ensure to preheat the oven to prevent rubbery chicken.
