Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, and paprika to the melted butter, stirring well to combine.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to a baking dish.
- Pour the cowboy butter sauce over the chicken, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve warm, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken.
